  1. Browse the Menu – choose a package, platters, etc.

  2. Decide your headcount.

  3. Place your order for pick up or delivery through our website.

Please note all orders must be placed no later than 6pm the day before the pick up or delivery date. Plates and utensils available upon request. Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable. Delivery: Please note a minimum $20 delivery fee will be applied to all orders. The delivery fee is not treated as gratuity.

How to Order

How do I place a catering order? Easy! Place your catering order online for either pick up or delivery.

How far in advance should I place my order? We kindly ask that all orders be submitted 48 hours in advance. Planning ahead? Orders can be placed up to 30 days in advance.

What are your catering hours? We offer catering daily, for our NYC locations from 8 am to 2 pm. For our Texas locations from 8 am to 8 pm. If you require catering outside of these hours, please email us directly at events@citizens.coffee

Is there a minimum or maximum order amount for online catering? There’s a $150 minimum spend required. Please reach out to us directly via email for orders under this amount.

Can I cancel my order? Things happen, we get it! Orders cannot be canceled online. To request a cancellation, please call us directly at 929 776 9487 or email us at events@citizens.coffee, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that orders cannot be canceled less than 48 hours in advance.

Can I make changes to my order? Edits to orders must be made by calling us directly at 929 776 9487. We’ll do our best to make it happen, but changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled pick up or delivery may not be guaranteed.
